If you want a run-of-the-mill realtor, choose someone else. This was our 4th home purchase. He pays attention to all the details, actually helps with negotiation, and never seems to be tired of questions or being required to put in extra effort. Nathan also has recommendations for every trade and can direct you to all the places you have to set up new services. He makes moving from out of state so much easier and less time-consuming. But perhaps the most important thing, he doesn't seem to tire of being asked repeatedly if the sellers had the septic inspection done, what the status is, or why they haven't taken care of it yet. He also suffers bad jokes with a smile, and won't make you feel neurotic even if you are. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
